How to fix a clog
Go step by step. Do not force the machine while material is stuck inside.
1. Turn off and unplug the machine
Stop operation completely before checking the pipe or auger.
2. Remove any remaining material
Empty the hopper and clear loose material first.
3. Clean the pipe and auger carefully
Use the included brush or cleaning tool to remove buildup from the pipe and auger area.
4. Reload with dry, loose material only
Do not refill with wet, sticky, or tightly packed material.
5. Test with a small amount first
Start with a small load to confirm material is moving smoothly.
